You are finally an adult and off to college. How exciting and yet terrifying!! It is hard not to make an ordeal out of the amazing adventure in front of you. I can help you with the transition with practical suggestions. We can work on how to prepare with day-to-day adulting. We can work on executive functioning skills that will help you to be more successful including time management, organizational skills, ways to avoid procrastination, study skills, and how to balance work and play. Also as a former college professor I can clue you in to what professors want 😊
